Who We Are
The Happy Valley Improvement Association is a homeowners association (HOA) for the Happy Valley neighborhood of Lafayette, CA.
Everyone in Happy Valley is a part of our association as residents and are invited to participate in our board and our neighborhood projects.
We welcome ideas, suggestions, and concerns from all residents.
We are dedicated to fostering a connected, welcoming, safe, and beautiful community. We undertake projects that improve quality of life for all in Happy Valley.
Our activities are spearheaded by a volunteer Board of Directors, residents, who like you love the semi-rural beauty of our neighborhood and wish to promote a community spirit of unity and friendship. Join us in our mission.
